All our jewelry is handmade with great care and it is very important to us that you are happy with them.
Exchanges and returns.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item within 14 days of receipt of the item. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Shipping costs will not be refunded, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay the shipping costs of the return.
If your order arrived defective or damaged please contact us to receive a replacement.
To complete your return or exchange, please include your full name and email with a detailed request for a smooth process.
Returns
Once your return has been received and inspected, I will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7-14 business days (depending on the payment method).
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
